Question about my hair?

Ok, i've been using a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to help with my acne. My problem is I accidentally got some of the peroxide in my hair and on my eyebrows and it turned it almost blond. Will it ever go back to its original color?

Question about my hair?

Your eyebrows fall out and replace themselves just as the hair on your head does. Just give it some time and you should have some color coming back within two weeks. Have you also tried using proactive for the acne? It works on everyone I know that uses it. Anyhoo, just give your poor eyebrows some time and they will be back to normal....you poor thing!...lol. Good Luck!

Question about my hair?

YES~!!!!

Question about my hair?

yes it will

Question about my hair?

Yes!! When I was in my teens, I bought eyelash dye and the instructions told you to try it on your brows first. The dye was black and I am a blond. Now you got the picture. Well, I used bleach and peroxide to lighten it and eventually they went back to my normal color. Good luck.

p.s. I never got my lashes dyed.........LOL

Question about my hair?

Yes, once it grows, but depending on how much, it may limit the growth. I've used peroxide on my hair to lighten it, and the roots constantly come back dark brown, my natural hair color. It seems eye brows and eye lashes do continue to grow, but even slower than the average 1/2 " a month that hair on the head grows.

Question about my hair?

In time it won"t be as noticeable because as your hair grows your natual colour will blend with the other hair. You basically have 2 options, 1. Wait for it to grow and trim the bleach affected area. 2. Most hair salons could easily match the bleached area with your natural hair colour so that u dont have to wait for it 2 grow out. The cost should be very minimal. Also eyebrow hair is much finer in texture in comparison to our scalp so it will take a lot longer for that to return to normal. Just get a salon to colour match it for u. At least it will be back to normal. Just make sure you keep the bleach well away in future. Bleach to hair is like mineral turps to paint. Hope this helps.

Question about my hair?

Omg

yes it will back

How would you style/comb my hair?

My hair is about down to my shoulders its straight naturally blond but currently dyed black. If you were in control of what you could do to my hair what would you do? (Im 14 btw)

How would you style/comb my hair?

I would dye it back to a blonde or brown color to make it look more natural (Because black isn't a natural hair color) then maybe cut it a little shorter and layer then tousle it.

How would you style/comb my hair?

i would make it emo cuz emos have cool hair.

How would you style/comb my hair?

tie it back with a hair tie behind the neck.

How would you style/comb my hair?

do a messy bun, or french braids.

HAIR PROFESSIONALS ANSWER plz?

isthere any fruit that u can put in ur hair and sit in the sun and make ur hair blonder.....(does lemon really work)?

HAIR PROFESSIONALS ANSWER plz?

Lemon does work, but it isn't very noticeable; it just brightens a bit. What can happen is that the high acid content can make hair brittle.

To get blonder highlights, use either a highlight kit (L'Oreal) two shades lighter than your natural color or consult a professional colourist to get optimum results.

You can also maintain your color or enhance your natural color with the color extending/enhancing products on the market.

Good luck!

HAIR PROFESSIONALS ANSWER plz?

Lemon or Peroxide

Why do some gilrs put orange make-up on with blond hair?

I see a lot of girls in Merseyside/Liverpool in England with orange make-up and blonde hair. then when i see them without make-up on and looking at there worse there normal again. Whjy do they do it?

Why do some gilrs put orange make-up on with blond hair?

What you're probably seeing is not the result of their makeup, but the result of a sunless tanner. Some blondes (cough::paris hilton::cough) have an obsession with having a "tan" with their light blonde hair. If that's not what you think it is, it could be that they're overusing a badly-pigmented bronzer.

Why do some gilrs put orange make-up on with blond hair?

probably just to stand out, a lot of girls want induviduality. Or maybe they think it bring out there skin tone.

Why do some gilrs put orange make-up on with blond hair?

Its usually a fake tan that makes their skin look orange

and who know why they do it

Need help with frizzy hair?

Problem: Every time my hair gets wet, it gets really frizzy. I normally just put a hat on until my hair dries, that normally works. Otherwise, I use Crew gel (which is a pain to me).

What I do: I wash my hair every other day with Pantene and use the conditioner too.

Hair Type: Medium length (for a guy), wavy hair. Not quite brown, but much darker than blond. I just got it cut today too.

I would like a simple way without straighteners or blow driers that will eliminate the frizz. I am willing to buy products too. BTW, I hate things that make my hair hard, so please, no gel.

Need help with frizzy hair?

Switch shampoos first of all. Pantene is not a good shampoo. Get Biolage, Paul Mitchell, or Sebastian, those aremade of good ingredients (or Aveda from an Aveda salon), because Pantene is full of chemicals that screws up your hair over time and makes it frizzy, and second, you should get a hair serum, the best one you can get, I use "Paul Mitchell smoothing gloss drops". Its like $15 but it lasts a long time and works the best out of everything I have tried. Just put some in your hair when it is damp, and a little more when it is dry (if your hair is still frizzy). Just be careful not to use too much or your hair will look oily! The hair serum will help right away and the shampoo will help gradually.

Need help with frizzy hair?

Garnier has a shampoo called sleek and shine

Need help with frizzy hair?

u should try a hair spray after you still it the way you want spray it and it should hold

Need help with frizzy hair?

theres a lot of products like anti frizz cream

and stuff

pantene and dove and like. . everything carries those

you can get them like. . everywhere too.. . . like walgreems and target wal mart. . .

Need help with frizzy hair?

YOU ARE JUST LIKE ME NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO IT WILL ALWAYS FRIZZ EVEN IF YOU PERM IT AND IT IS NATURAL SHOW IT OFF YOU NEED TO GET USE TO IT SO EVERY ONE ELSE CAN!

Need help with frizzy hair?

Buy a clipper set and shave it short. The range in the set I picked up I think goes from 1/4 inch to 1 inch. I used to hate it in cars with windows down since I'd be fixing my hair all the time. I was always in the mirror fixing it. Now I don't have to mess with it at all.

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

I relly hate it,becasue i'm mexican, and even if you show them a picture of orlando bloom or angelina jolie, they will think it's just an exception.10 % of emxicans are white, and we really hate it.Also,by the flip side, not all blacks has brown hair and brown or green eyes.

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

Who said that?

Even majority of whites in Europe have brown hair and eyes.

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

Why did you mention blacks at all in the first place?

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

I always though blue eyed blond haired whites weren't as common as brown haired browned eyed caucasians, blue eyes and blond hair are both recessive genes so they occur less.

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

What stereotype? If 10% of all Mexicans are white, that means that they are also caucasian! My friend M. is Mexican and she has green eyes, but some of her ancestors were French.

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

Yes, what I hate worse is when they say Jewish people never have blond hair and blue eyes. I go to my synagogue and its full of blond hair blue eyed people. (Most of them Russian)

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

What? I've only seen about 4 people in my high school with a blonde hair blue eye combination. Most people have brown, dirty blonde, black (mainly from dying their hair), and blonde. There is more, but none I have seen of yet.

Don't you hate the stereotype than all caucasians have blond hair and blue eyes?

This stereotype does not bother me at all the reason being is because as a Caucasian I do have reddish/ blond hair and blue eyes. So I don't see where the problem is here. Sorry.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair & 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blon

No dyes, DNA alteration, etc.

I think if mum drinks Guinness during pregancy, kid will have black hair and if she drinks lager, brown hair.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

lol sure it is my husband cousin had 3 kids two with blond hair and one with brown...both her and hubbie have brown hair lol it would run in your genes though

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

yes

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

I don't know what those substances are but you should look at your families history when it comes to hair color.

Maybe blonde hair skips a generation for both of you.

Therefore your children have different color hair.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

It is very possible for kids to do that. My mom and dad have brown hair and I have blonde and my sister has red. Go figure.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

You're joking about the Guinness, right?

Yes, it's perfectly possible. Blonde is a recessive gene, so even if you have two blonde parents there's no guarantee that the kids will be blonde.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Yes. You are both hetero zygotic and blond is a recessive trait.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Well, mom should NOT be drinking anything with alcohol while pregnant! The hair color of the parent's doesn't matter. It can be ancestors that determine the hair color. There have been two white parents that have black children because they have black ancestors. This happened to a famous actress and her name escapes me right now.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

yes anything is possible depending on your fore fathers

genes from grandfathers or before can resurface in kids, overstepping the parents.

check a documentary called the ghost in our genes from BBC.

even deseases from the past as well as effects of traumatic experiences that happened to your grandfathers parents can effect the child of now .

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

ya its genetics, if someone in your family had light hair at one point then it is possible

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

YEA ITS THE RESESSIVE GENES KICKING IN

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Indeed it is possible. Often traits will jump one or two generations. My uncle has bright red hair and the only person in our family with red hair is his great-grandfather, many of his facial features look like him as well. As for drinking Guiness during pregnancy, it is a bad idea.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Yes it is possible to have children with different hair than the parents but the beer would have nothing to do with it other than possibly causing birth defects

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

the gene for hair from likely to unlike goes like so first likely black hair(ok really really dark brown) then brown and finally blond so the example your gave us aren't so uncommon. and if u have 2 brown hair parent and u have a kid with blond then that means one of your ancestors was blond

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Of course it could be hereditary

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

2 naturally blonde parents should have kids with blonde or red hair. blonde hair is recessive and brown and black are dominant. if you had genes for brown or black your hair would be brown or black.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

definitely...

Blonde hair, blue eyes and white skin is actually the omission of pigment in those items there are quite a few more but those are the most common. Having no pigment and carrying traits like blonde hair or blue eyes is the equivalent of having Opositive blood in amatter of speaking.

Blonde hair is a recessive trait, and hides in the bodies genes...kinda' like a mutation, believe it or not. The trait of blonde hair can come out at anytime, regardless of the parents traits.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Genetics. Or she may have said something and God is getting even.

My grandmother had a beau that was a red-head (she had black hair) and she refused to marry him because she didn't want a passel of red-headed kids. She married my grandpa who also had black hair....five out of six of their kids were red-heads!

the GUINNESS has nothing to do with the hair color

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

it is possible

it all depends on the ressessive genes and dominant genes

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

Yes...daaaa

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

I thought that since blonde is recessive, a blonde person has to have two recessive genes to be blonde. Therefore, they could only pass on recessive genes which means the childen would have to be blonde. Same goes for blue eyes. However, I am sure that if mum drinks Guinness that will make all the difference. The child will also have an increased IQ.

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

i think yes and it will depend on your genetic factor.....

Is it possible to have 1 kid with black hair %26amp; 1 kid with brown hair when both parents have blond hair?

How the child looks, its hair colour eye colou, tall or short, fat or think has nothing to do with WHAT THE MOTHER EATS OR DRINKS DURING PREGNANCY.

Its all genetics and DNA.

My fathers family are mostly blonde and red heads, mom's family is dark brown, blonde and black headed. The eye colour of my fathers familis is blue and green, and my mom's family is full of green, blue and brown eyed people.

Mom's family are dark complexioned people who tan easy, and father's are light complexioned people who over time tan, but usually burn.

I have green eyes, black hair, and whereas mom is tan I am lightskinned and I burn easy.

My sons have dark blonde hair and are dark complexioned, and my daughters are light skinned with brown and strawberry blonde hair brown and blue eyes.

**Every person has two copies of every gene, one from their mother and one from their father. If the two genes are the same, such as brown eyes and brown eyes, then the person is homozygous for that trait; if the two genes are different, such as one brown and one blue eye gene, then the person is heterozygous for that trait, but the dominant trait will always be expressed. For example, a heterozygote for brown eyes will have brown eyes even though he has a gene for brown and a gene for blue. If the person has two genes for blue eyes, then the person is homozygous for the recessive trait and thus will have blue eyes-- the only way a recessive trait can be expressed is if the person has two copies, or is homozygous, at that gene. In our example, brown hair or eyes is always dominant to blue or green. The trait green is dominant to blue, but is not within the same gene, but only modifies the blue trait. This is why some people have hazel, or brown-green eyes. The eyes appear green only if they are on a background of homozygous blue.

If you are homozygous recessive, then you can only give a recessive gene to your offspring; likewise, if you are homozygous dominant, then you can only give a dominant gene to your offspring. If you are heterozygous, however, there is an equal chance of giving either the dominant or the recessive gene to your offspring.**As you have learned from other Q%26amp;A, the genetics of hair %26amp; eye color can be confusing because several genes are involved, not just one. Because you and three of the four grandparents have brown hair, that seems most likely for all of your children to have brown hair, although blonde or red-brown are possible. Eye color in your family is anyone's guess, but brown, green, and blue are all possible, with brown seeming to be most likely.
