My hair is very long and dark blond. I would not say that it is thin, but i just want it to become more healthy and thick.

well you can get serums and things from drugstores or salons. or you could just get a haircut that will make it look thicker like layers. use volumizing stuff.

I use volumzing products. I use Aveda volumizing mist and it's heat-activated. It costs about $13 for a bottle. I also use Nexxus volumizing shampoo and conditioner which is $8-13 a bottle depending on what size you get and where you buy it from. All of the products work great for my hair, which is kinda thin. Also, backcombing your hair while styling adds volume to it.

you can't thicken your hair , but it will appear thicker if you cut it shorter and layer it

Paul Mitchell just came out with a new product called thicken up. You could get a small bottle at a salon for about five dollars to try it. It really works good.
