Okay, i have my hair 3 colors right now(black,natural red,and my natural color brown. i wanna die my hair again but i wanna die it mostly black %26amp; DEFINATELY pink streaks %26amp; maybe blond streaks,but i got my hair done in july '07.HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT %26amp; ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO DO MY HAIR!!!!

Hmmm.....I think you've waited long enough, and you should be able to dye it.

its fine to go do it now, cant say it feels very autumn winter though, more like a summer hair colour, I'd opt for bright red or deep purple insted of the pink if I were you

3 weeks and you need to make sure your hair is well moisturised cause it's colour treated. IMO black and pink would look great.
