Blond eyeliner help?

ok so, my friend maddison looks horrible with black eyeliner. she has blond hair and blueish greenish eyes.. what color eyeliner would look good on her?

face musn't be too tan first off, blondes look terrible this way

eye liner looks best not "all around"

brown, grey (smokey), and dark blue look good

keep it natural preferably browns

but keep off the heavy makeup until night (if you are going out)

(personally i think eyeliner is a bit on the heavy side, but thats just me)

brown will probably be best. either light or dark, try both to see which works best. you could also try grey, but i would try browns first.

try brown or no liner at all. i use my eye color as the liner. for example i use mary kay and there are 3 colors to my palet and i use the light color on lower lid and inner corners to pop eyes and i use the darkest color on the bottom lash line and part of the top lash line and then i use the med. color in creas and above.

Tell her to use a light brown eyeliner...it's natural looking and won't look so harsh on her face.

Use any shade of brown. Do not put a straight line across your lid but "dot" between your lashes. This will give your eyes a wide open look without looking fake or put on.

I've found that a dark or medium brown eyeliner looks really good on virtually anyone. I also have a friend who has very blond hair, and light blue eyes who just looks horrid with black eyeliner or dark eye makeup. But she used brown eyeliner and also uses blueish-green eyeliner that looks FABULOUS.

She should try using an eyeshadow as a liner. You could use a smoky brown or grey. This will look less harsh than black liner.

I was stuck on the black eyeliner for years. I finally switched to a shade called taupe by Covergirl. I have blond hair and bright blue eyes and it made a huge difference in my appearance once I dropped the black. Your friend will have a much more natural and pretty look once she does the same.
