Help. wich hair style looks better?

im currently have my short on top and sides but kinda long in the back [about to back of my neck] and i want it to look like this

should i leave it like that or..

should i cut the back short and add blonde highlights like this

but the thing is i havnt cut the back of my hair since June and i really dont want to wait another 9 months to be kinda longish again.. so would my hair look good with some blond highlights and a mullet?

i have highlighted my hair 2times, first was ok 2nd the guy put a little too much blonde, the next time im going to try having the roots black and top part blond

NO blonde mullet!!! i personally liek the 3rd link with blonde highlites. idk its the roots thing is too good of an idea either...

eww sorry but i dont like any of them. but if they suit u then i guess thats alright. but id prob have 2 say out of all of them then no. 2 or 3 r my faves.
