I "dyed" my hair light ash brown and i was a medium blond but it didn't show up super can it it be cuz my mom shampooed my hair too when we were taking the dye of after 25 min ..........also I just used black tea and after that dark coffe should that darken my hair

okay i think Nika needs a life not everyone can afford to do there hair out but i have never heard of tea or coffee coloring ur hair ive heard of it dyeing cloth but anyway i dont know everything but you can get a bottle of hair dye at walmart for like 3 dollars it is easy to do i have done my own before and people have thought ive had it professionally done but it is best to get your mom or someone to put it on so they can make sure to get all the areas

Stop being so fussy! Anyway, who lets their moms dye their hair?? Go to a salon! or cant you afford one?

Youre never gonna get a good hair style if you do it yourself let alone make someone else do it! Im a model and All I can say is STOP WASHING IT IN COFFEE AND GO TO A SALON TO GET IT DONE PROPARLY!!!!!!!

First and foremost, I personally never use "ash", I use warmer tones when doing my hair at home.

Purchase a dark brown hair dye, darker than the shade you want (bc ALL dark dye fades, salon or at home), so do it darker so it fades to the shade you want. After dying rinse well but dont wash your hair for 24 hours at least. Then purchase a colour gaurd shampoo for your specific dyed hair colour to keep it rich and to prevent fading.

Keep in mind you might have to re-do this in 6 weeks just to keep the colour fresh, sooner than later you will not have to worry about reapplying so often.
