i went to a salon to go blond from black (dyed black my hair is naturally brown) my hair was down to my waist literally and basically the woman was a moron and burned my hair to peices all the way to the root, it fell out in wads and now its barely up to my shoulders, a discusting gold color and frizzy and discusting looking, it doesnt lather when i shampoo and we tried to dye it 3 times, and it doesnt hold any color except that discusting green tint. the lady warned me against applying ANY heat to style so basically i need to know what i can do to help style my hair so i can leave me house again lol, how can i control the frizz seriously and and is there any chance to revive or dye it? and are hair extentions a good option? thanks so much!
What can i do to help damaged dead hair look better or strengthen?
Condtion, condition, condition try a slicked back look or a french braid, so you can wear conditioner during the day. buy some pretty hair accessories, some even have fake hair attached. Unfortunately hair extensions would stress out your already stressed hair. It is time to really nurture it again with lots of treatments and regular trims.
Good Luck :-)

A course of conditioning treatments is the best answer. Osmo Essence is a great protein mask that you can use once a week.
I would also recommend Lamaur NRG reconstructor [around 鎷?2 but turns straw into gold].

recently my hair dresser bleached my hair and totally fried it as well! i didn't like the color so i went back to my natural brown color and it was unbelievably fried, it was also coming out in clumps. I've been using bed head shampoo for brunettes which comes in blond as well. I use dove conditioner everyday all through my hair, and i also use protectors when straightening it like a spray or a redken product before blow drying it seems to be bringing health back into my hair! good luck!!
